PX-Info utility
In order to give you a better and more efficient service, Plextor has developed a diagnostic program PXInfo.
This software will help you to collect information of your system and configuration which can be very useful and may help you and our service team through the service process in case of any soft- or hardware problems.
Please run this program and return the resulting logfile or print-out by fax or email to Plextor Technical Support (don't forget to fill in your personal data and problem description).
